Bio
Yoga initially came to me as a means to stretch and relax after cardio class at the gym. Eventually, I found yoga taking up more space on my workout schedule and I was becoming hooked. I loved the way yoga not only worked my body, but also how it helped me to quiet my mind-not an easy thing for me-and provided me with the space to feel. I began to see how yoga was changing me in a positive way from the inside out and how my practice spilled over into all areas in my life. It didn’t take long for me realize that I wanted to share this amazing gift with others.
