Andrea Keller - Grounded, Compassionate, Fierce
Bio
Andrea began practicing yoga as a physical practice to compliment her running regimen. Because faster is always better, right? Well, one serious running injury later, yoga quickly became a tool for rehabilitation and healing. She soon found that yoga was not only healing her body, but her heart, mind, and soul as well. A devoted practice has been life changing for her. Yoga has taught her patience, truth, and compassion. It has helped her become a better, more loving mother, wife, and friend. With yoga, her life, her family and friendships are thriving with love and joy. Andrea has come to teaching only after doing her own work on her own mat for 8 devoted years. She is excited to share the journey of yoga with you.
