Kay Hill - Playful, Fun, Inspiring
Kay is known for her fun and inspiring teaching style, fusing play with connection to spirit, body and mind, encouraging students to dive deep within and release inhibitions while building strength and stamina.
Blending a mix of spiritual teachings, yoga philosophy, music, passion, humor, attention to alignment, connection to breath and powerful movement, Kay’s Vinyasa classes are a balance of heat, flow and joy.
Kay is a RYT200 and has trained with Ana Forest, Shiva Rea, Janet Stone and has been influenced by countless others. When she’s not in the studio you can find her at the local Farmer’s Market with her husband Chef David or with her daughter looking for the perfect chocolate chip cookie and/or shopping for the perfect teen outfit. She can also be found snowboarding, running, hiking, reading in the aisles at her local bookstore and helping when she’s needed at the restaurant she and her husband own, The Chef’s Table.
