THE VEERA CHALLENGE
Are you ready for 2012? Can you feel the possibilities? Rather than just writing your resolutions down this year, why not make them a reality? Commit to living your yoga and start the New Year – YOUR New Year with the VEERA CHALLENGE! Through this 6 week program, you will be guided, encouraged and held accountable for your goals, personal growth and transformation. We will combine the practice of yoga asana (postures) with nutrition, self exploration, journaling, meditation and pranayama (breathing practices) to ensure the best possible result.

Investment: $299 (early bird discount: $279 for those who register by January 1st) Includes 40 continuous days of unlimited yoga, group meetings, meals for our 3 day detox diet, a vegetarian cooking class, and one free week of yoga upon completion of the program.

PROGRAM ELEMENTS:
Yoga Asana (Posture) Practice: Cultivate a consistent and regular yoga practice. The program recommends 4 days of studio practice, 2 days of home or studio practice, and 1 day of conscious rest You may choose which days and classes to attend as long as they are all done at VEERA. Your practice days and rest day can be flexible from week to week to suit your schedule.
Nutrition: Learn to eat with awareness and compassion for yourself and others. Intuitively, choose wholesome foods that will nourish, sustain and revitalize your body while maintaining a healthy weight. A 3 day detox diet is included in the nutrition element of the VEERA CHALLENGE. The meals for these three days will be provided and are included in the cost. This diet will be sustaining while detoxing. Additionally, a vegetarian cooking class with Andrea Seppini will also be included in this element of the program.
Meditation: Through daily meditation practices, learn to listen and trust your inner voice/intuition.
Group Discussion: Each week, you will be given a new assignment to bring more Truth, Love & Compassion into your life. Create meaningful and long lasting relationships as you learn from others who are going through their own journey at the same time as you.
Journaling: Document your own transformation by journaling your thoughts, observations and inspirations daily. This journal is for your own use only and does not need to be shared.
